Ltd., London | £50 | Library records give 1937, which is supported by the publisher address (10 & 11 Red Lion Court) in the advertising at the back of this copy | Original full blue cloth in vgc for age, with moderate rubbing to extremities of spine and along parts of rear spine hinge, as well as to outer corners of boards; and mild sunning to spine, which is more discoloured towards top at rear side than the rest is. Orange titling still visible to both front board and spine, though a little harder to read at spine. Plain-pencilled signature of former owner Louise Jones, a suspected relative of Marc Edmund Jones, to ffep, together with bookseller notes. Former bookseller sticker to front paste-down. No other markings or faults found. Overall, very good. |
