[xvi] + 319 + [1] pp. This is a compendium volume, with contributions from different astrologers Original quarter black cloth in near-fine condition for age, with white titling to spine still nearly all intact (a few letters with very slight partial fading). Grey paper-covered boards in vgc+ condition, with two tiny (3-4 mm) patches of surface wear to outer edge of front board and one to top edge of rear board, and just a tiny hint of rubbing to lower outer corners of boards. Plain-pencilled bookseller notes to rear paste-down. Internal pages remain clean and white. A very well-conserved copy overall of the 1st edition in its original binding
