The Astrolearn bookshop is temporarily closed for 14 days Friday December 13th to Thursday December 26th inclusive. This is because of the unreliability of the Christmas post and very high volumes of writing and editing work over this period. Please check back on Friday December 27th, when the shop will reopen and this notice will be removed.

hb Sepharial Hebrew Astrology: the Key to the Study of Prophecy 1st W. Foulsham & Co., Ltd., 10 & 11 Red Lion Court, Fleet Street, E.C.4, London n.d. £35 Publisher address and binding both support this being the true first edition of 1929, as recorded by libraries, although it is undated in print Original full blue cloth in fair condition, with fraying of cloth to extremities of spine and separation of cloth to lowest 1.5 cm of front hinge. Brief red-inked note to front paste-down, with early owner’s signature in same pen and hand to ffep, which also bears the stamp of an old esoteric library based in Encinitas, California, and an old blue-pencilled price mark. Occasional plain-pencilled marginal ticks as well as (more rarely) plain pencilled marginal bracketing or underlining. Printed pages free from permanent markings. No other significant faults found. Text complete in 140 pages plus advertisements. Overall, a good ex-library copy of the desirable first edition, which is rare in any condition
