Ltd., 10 & 11 Red Lion Court n.d. £70 Library records give 1929, which matches the publisher address, supporting this being the true first edition Original full blue criss-cross-patterned cloth in vgc+ condition, with light rubbing to extremities of spine hinges and outer corners of boards; tiny 2mm patch of scuffing or staining towards top of front board. Internally a very clean, unmarked copy. Half-title page and final page of advertisements lightly toned. Hinges between pp. 32 and 33 and between pp. 48 and 49 very slightly strained. No other faults found. Overall, near-fine for its age.
