hb/dj Gleadow, Rupert Astrology in Everyday Life 1st Faber and Faber Ltd., 24 Russell Square, London 1940 £25 Dj displays horoscope of Adolf Hitler to front panel, a hot topic at the dawn of World War II, into which the UK had been dragged. Original full cloth in near-fine condition, with traces of spotting and discoloration to boards but almost no wear. White titling to spine is bright and strong. In good- original pictorial dj that is chipped at head (top cm) and tail (partially, bottom cm) of spine and around tops of both flap-folds, and bears multiple internal tears to top edges of both covers, as well as general edge-rubbing. Internally, a very clean, excellent copy, with only erasable bookseller’s plain pencil marks found to ffep.
