Original small-format decorated full green cloth in vgc, with moderate wear to extremities of spine and light rubbing to outer corners of boards. Plain-pencilled old notes to front endpapers include mention of notable early-20th-century astrologer Ella Woods, whose printed bookplate also appears to copyright page. Plain-pencilled mark-up to a few printed pages within, but nothing permanent found. A very good copy of the rare first edition, with an interesting provenance
