Ltd. 1977 £55   Original glossy card covers in vgc+ condition, with light creasing to parts of lower margin of front cover and foot of spine; trace of delayering to upper outer corner of front cover. Spine in remarkably unfaded condition, making this copy look very good on bookshelves. Small red-pencilled tick to inside of front cover, alongside a plain-pencilled one. Former Texas bookseller’s sticker to inside of rear cover. Former owner’s partly redacted address label to upper margin of half-title page. Most of the main pages are unmarked, but there is yellow highlighting to pp. 9, 12, 13, 24 and 25; black-inked underlining to one sentence only on p. 26; and a black-inked marginal word added to p. 28. No other markings or faults found. Externally vgc+; internally good+; overall, a near-very-good copy of the rare first edition
