Bücherei der Lotus-Gesellschaft, Band 1 Rebound in full blue cloth, which is clean and structurally near-fine, with a slight forward lean; sun-faded at spine and at upper margin of front board. Internally, shows signs of having been salvaged from a worn original softcover copy: title leaf cut out and tipped in to ffep; all leaves from pp. 3-8 with lengths of clear tape down part of outer edges overlaying short tears; further length of tape to part of upper edge of leaf comprising pp. 3-4; and final leaf partly glued down to inner margin of rear paste-down, obscuring part of one advertisement. Title leaf with old inked signature (partly truncated by the cut) of early owner whose stamp also appears to upper margin of p. 5. Red-pencilled marginal bracket and cross to corner of p. 16, which also bears plain-pencilled annotations. Plain-pencilled price to outer margin of p. 66, but no other permanent markings or faults found. Overall, a fair-to-good rebound copy. Price factors in faults
