hb/dj Jones, Marc Edmund The Scope of Astrological Prediction 1st Sabian Publishing Company, Stanwood, Washington 1969 £85 The true first edition of this Jones title Original full blue cloth in near-fine condition, with light rubbing to extremities of spine hinges and outer corners of boards; gilt to spine intact and reasonably bright. In mylar-protected near-fine dj, slightly browned to spine, to outer margins of front and rear panels, and to periphery of flaps; 3mm tear to bottom edge of rear flap; minimal rubbing to extremities of spine and minimal chipping to three extremities of flap-folds, else fine. Internally fine, with no markings or other faults found. An exemplary copy of the sought-after first edition, in slightly browned near-fine dj.
