Original pictorial dj in fair condition, with chipping to top and bottom inches of spine and to upper outer inner corners of both covers; separation to bottom 7 cm of front spine hinge, linked to cross-tear across spine, and 2 cm internal tear to rear hinge; moderate chipping to extremities of flap-folds; light chipping to foot of rear cover; and internal tear towards lower margin of front cover. Original imperial price sticker adhered over original printed price to dj front flap. ‘Austerely austerity’ inked to dj rear flap. No internal markings or other faults found. Overall, an excellent copy of the first edition of the book, despite the damaged dj. |
