hb/dj Stearn, Jess A Time for Astrology 1st Coward, McCann & Geohegan, Inc., New York 1971 £5   Original white quarter cloth with black textured-paper-covered boards in near-fine condition, with gilt to both front board and spine still strong and bright, and only minimal visible wear to lower outer corners. In good+ dj with considerable edge-wear and edge-tearing, and light chipping to top of spine, extending slightly deeper at top of rear hinge; another smallish chip lost from foot of rear panel; also, a tiny typed inventory number label to dj spine; front flap clipped at both corners, not affecting text. Bright yellow textured endpapers intact and unmarked. Half-title page with light plain-pencilled notes and numbers. No permanent markings or other significant faults found.
