velo bind Paul, Helen & O’Toole, Bridget Interpreting the Houses 2nd printing Astro-Analytics Publications, 16440 Haynes Street, Van Nuys, California 1977 £25 After the first impression of 1976 Original large-format pale yellow card covers in fair condition, with general creasing and staining, and some edge-wear, although no significant tears. Scuffed former owner’s address label to upper margin of front cover. Front velo-bind strip beginning to splay outwards towards bottom, with the lowest three pegs missing. Internally a good copy, mostly clean, but with previous owner mark-up found on five pages: blue-inked underlining to p. vi, red-inked ring around one sentence and underlining to another phrase on p. 45, mostly faint black-inked ring around a sentence and separate red-inked astrological note to p. 46, two-word purple-inked annotation to p. 68, and blue-inked one-word annotation to p. 85. Occasional slip-of-a-pen marks and minor ink stains or other stains on other pages, but nothing serious. A satisfactory reading and study copy. Price factors in faults
