Format with extended advertising brochure at back but no single series list page is typical of first issues of these early volumes. Original card covers in vgc, with 2 cm internal closed tear to paper towards foot of spine, 4mm tear to outer edge of front cover, and minor bump to top edge of same; covers age-browned; light crease to upper outer corner of rear cover. Trace of paper clip rust residue to upper margins of pp. 14-15 and 20-21; plain-pencilled sum to lower margin of p. 14; positions of ASC and MC added in blue ink to chart at head of p. 18. No other markings or faults found. For its age, a very good copy.
