Gilt titling to both front board and spine bright and strong. In original pictorial paper dj, which is lightly chipped to head of spine, upper outer corner of rear panel and tops of flap-folds, and with 1 cm tear to foot of front hinge and a few short tears to top edges of covers. Internally, mild rippling to both free endpapers (which are made of textured paper). Ffep with plain-pencilled price. Blue-inked marginal brackets to pp. 4 and 81. No other markings or faults found
