pb Van Toen, Donna The Mars Book: A Guide to Your Personal Energy and Motivation 1st Samuel Weiser, Inc. 1988 £22.50   Original pictorial glossy card covers in vgc+ condition, with light rubbing to outer corners and one-inch patch of paper residue towards foot of spine, where a previous bookseller had stuck down a label with excessively strong glue (this could probably be removed with persistence); spine title colour slightly sun-faded. Internally, most pages unmarked. Black-inked mark-up including some underlining found to just five pages: pp. 185, 207, 220, 222 and 267. Corrected minor dog-ear to upper outer corner of leaf comprising pp. 147-148. Price factors in faults. Still a decent and generally attractive copy of the sought-after first edition
