Protheroe Smith and Leslie Keene 80g Ex-library copy with three tiny holes punched in inner margins, old stamps to top and bottom of front cover, and hand-inked category number on small piece of paper adhered to lower inner corner of same. 4mm tear to top edge of front cover and 6mm tear to outer edge of same; creasing to lower outer margin of same. Inside of front cover with old envelope adhered to it, used as pocket for library lending slip last used in 1937, and for separate hand-filled invoice on old printed invoice slip, dated Jan 10 1947. Another old library lending slip tipped in to upper margin of p. 1. No internal markings or other faults found
