hb Fankhauser, Dr. Alfred Horoskopie 1st Orell Füssli Verlag, Zürich / Leipzig 1939 £1 274 pages + 1 page of advertisements Original full black cloth in good condition for its age, with light wear to upper inner corner of rear board and moderate wear to both outer corners of front board; front board bowed, and also stained and has lost much of its purple titling; titling to spine mostly still present, with first two letters partly faded. Defective copy: pp. 258 and 275 (parts of the appendix, not the main text) printed blank. Front inner paper hinge cracked, but webbing holding. Red-pencilled labels added to diagram on p. 32. Sold as a bargain reading and study copy of the first edition, which is quite scarce. Photocopies of the two misprinted pages can be provided on request without charge.
