Original full black cloth in good- condition, with fraying to cloth at extremities of spine hinges and wear to all outer corners of boards. Blind-stamp of notable astrological researcher Heinz Specht, originator of the Birthplace House System that has become known as the Koch House System, to ffep. Top two-fifths of inner paper hinge after ffep and bottom three-fifths of inner paper hinge before title page cracked. Lower half of paper hinge between pp. 16 and 17 also cracked. Lower outer corner of leaf comprising pp. 53-4 chipped away. No internal markings or other faults found. Previous ownership by Heinz Specht gives this copy character, but it is sold as a reading copy because of indifferent condition of binding
