Fowler & Co., 7, Imperial Arcade, Ludgate Circus, E.C. 4, London n.d. £25 Between 1910 and 1924, as shown by early owner’s signature dated Jan. 1924 Original small-format full cloth in vgc for age, with mild sun-fading to spine and a few traces of staining to rear board; hint of light rubbing to lower outer corner of front board. Early owner’s blue-inked signature dated 1924 to ffep. A few corrected dog-ears. Hints of staining to small parts of lower margins of rear endpapers. No other markings or faults found. A very good copy of this early impression
