Author’s initials are given as L. K., though their name is unknown. Original full blue cloth with white titling to front board and spine in fine condition. In very good dj, which is chipped at the top 5mm of the spine but conserved within a mylar dj. Endpapers toned. Old small printed address sticker of Metaphysical Library and Book Shop, San Francisco to front paste-down. Internally fine.
