The first edition of this book is always undated in print Original full blue cloth in vgc for age, with moderate rubbing to extremities of spine hinges and outer corners of boards. Spine slightly colour-faded. Gilt titling to spine still mostly bright. Both inner paper hinges still intact. Former private library address label to ffep, with later personal name inked to the lower margin of the label. Front paste-down with small vintage Samuel Weiser, Inc. address label (117 Fourth Ave., New York 3, N. Y.). Plain-pencilled bookseller notes to ffep. No internal markings or faults found to any printed page. An excellent copy of the rare first edition
