About this Book Scan
Carefully scanned in full colour from one of our two original printings of the first edition of 1903.
H. S. Green, a senior astrologer in Alan Leo’s circle who contributed from an early stage to The Astrologer’s Magazine and Modern Astrology, was one of the leading authors of books in Alan Leo’s Astrological Manuals series published by Modern Astrology Office and Fowler.
Theoretical Astrology was the original edition of H. S. Green’s book on the theory of astrology for the Astrological Manuals series. It was the third volume in the series when first published in 1903, but the series was subsequently reordered, and a later edition, retitled The Reason Why in Astrology, became the sixth volume in the series on publication in 1910. The revised and expanded edition of 1910 is also separately available as a download from Astrolearn.
