Frank Earl Ormsby was a prominent American esoteric astrologer and astrological educator from the 1890s to the 1920s. As well as publishing an astrological magazine that settled into becoming an almanac after its first few years in print (Planets and People), he authored the distinctive astrological text-book with a heliocentric bias, The Law and the Prophets, which ran through two variant editions, in 1894 and 1900 respectively. The original 1894 edition is reproduced here.
