• All issues for 1897 bound together in publisher’s cloth (wear to extremities of spine and outer corners of boards; front inner paper hinge cracked but binding strong beneath). Printed in dual-columned pages almost throughout. Continuously paginated with 36 pp per monthly issue, thus 432 pp.
• All issues for 1899 bound together in publisher’s cloth (moderate wear to extremities of spine; wear to outer corners of boards). Mostly printed in dual-columned pages. Continuously paginated with 48pp per quarterly issue, thus 192 pp.
