I am sorry I did not see your comment previously.
As it’s a recent publication, it’s still under copyright and many of the article authors will still be living, so my suggestion would be to contact the National Council for Geocosmic Research and request permission to obtain a reprint of the articles of interest from them directly – or to look out for another pre-owned copy for sale.
This library is in Wales, UK, which may be impractically far for you to visit.
