[3a] Translated from the booklet entitled Lassen sich Attentaten verhüten? und Was geschieht in nächster Zeit? (1922) – which was a compilation of two essays by Frau Ebertin previously separately published in different issues of the regional newspaper Niederschlesischen Zeitung of Görlitz, Germany.
[4] DNB records give 1928 for this edition. The publisher details have been pasted onto the lower margin of the title page in a modern font, but agree with DNB records, and there is no other printed publisher underneath. Another edition recognised by the DNB, also dated to 1928, is said to have been published by an L. Heckel of München, but with the publisher details and date not shown. That one is said to be 56 pages long. It’s a mystery why there would have been two variant editions published in the same year in different German cities, and it could be that one of the dates is incorrect. Perhaps Zodiakus-Verlag took over the edition from L. Heckel at an early stage and therefore began adding its own publisher label and advertising
