The authors and in some cases even the titles are not properly identified in this reprint in some cases, but can be deduced from library records, as I have proceeded to show.

Copy B is in generally much poorer condition, as shown by the description, but has the coupon intact and therefore makes up for this lack in the otherwise much better copy
