All editions are rare, and the book is printed and hand-bound from typescript, so print runs are presumed to have been very small Original large-format blue card covers in vgc+ condition with trace of creasing and tiny 3mm closed tear to part of bottom edge / lower margin of rear cover. Binding with metal coil intact. Most pages clean and unmarked. There is yellow highlighting to two paragraphs on p. 56, and to two more spanning pp. 58-9. The two on p. 56 also have blue-inked marginal brackets framing them. Occasional traces of foxing, but no other markings or faults found. A rare book in any condition
