Rear cover with advertisements to both sides Original illustrated blue and grey card covers in good- condition, with 3 cm separation to top of rear spine hinge and 5 cm separation to foot of same, both linked to short cross-tears; creasing to upper and lower outer margins of front cover. Internally, the book block is together but has detached from the covers. Needs regluing to the spine. Mostly plain-pencilled marginal notes to p. 76; a few are in ink. No other internal markings found. This copy of the scarce 1st edition is well worth repairing.
