pb Kühr, Erich Carl Systematische Horoskopberechnung: Ein Lehrbuch zum Selbststudium 1st Druck und Verlag Moritz Stadler, Villach 1948 £7 68pp + prelims Original textured paper covers in good- condition, with light chipping to top and tail of spine, and 3 cm separation to foot of spine; 2 short tears to inner edge of rear cover; wear to lower inner and outer corners of front cover, and light scattered edge-wear to covers. Small white circular sticker adhered to margin of front cover with hand-inked number upon it. First internal leaf with small liquid-stain to outer margin, far from text; another outer-marginal liquid stain to p. 68, diminishing traces of which can be seen as far back as around p. 45, far from text. Former owner’s inked marginal bracketing to p. 24 and 25, with one word to p. 24 also underlined in ink. Blue-inked marginal crosses and occasional annotations to pp. 33, 35-6, 38-9 and 43; more extensive blue-inked and purple-pencilled annotations and underlinings to pp. 54-5; red-inked underlining to p. 55; hand-annotated folded page from another book messily taped in at right angles over outer margin of final page of advertisements, with bleed-through of adhesive from tape to outer margin of p. 67. Overall, a fair, well-studied copy of the scarce first edition. Price factors in faults
