Foulsham & Co., Ltd., 10/11, Red Lion Court, Fleet Street, E.C.4, London n.d. £50 The publisher address places this edition definitely within the date range from 1922 to 1939, although it is impossible to be more precise than that Original full cloth in vgc for age (moderate wear to extremities of spine and outer corners of boards; light wear to bottom edges of board and rear spine hinge), with raised leather title label sunned, but gilt titling and gilt-ruled compartmentalisation to spine still strong. Old pale inked signature to ffep. Lower outer edge of leaf comprising pp. 107-8 cut slightly too large, leading to it overhanging rest of page block and bearing a slight internal crease. No other faults found. A very good antiquarian copy overall.
