Gilt to spine perished but titles still clearly legible. Ffep with a few plain-pencilled bookseller notes. Occasional plain-pencilled marginal bracketing within. One plain-pencilled underlining spotted on p. 178, but no permanent markings found. Binding remains strong. Overall, a decent, near-vgc copy of the first edition. |
