About this Book Scan
Carefully scanned in full colour from our original printing of the 1904 first edition.
Bessie Leo, the wife of Alan Leo, was a devout theosophist. She wrote a variety of theosophical and spiritually focused astrological essays for Modern Astrology magazine. Selections of these were compiled into three books, of which Rays of Truth (1904) was the first to be published thus. A second edition of this first anthology appeared in 1909, the same year when her third and final anthology, Astrological Essays, was first published in book form. We also offer a scan of the latter for separate download.
Her second anthology of essays, Planetary Influences (1906), was shorter, and appeared as part of Alan Leo’s Astrological Manuals series. A scan of this is also separately available from Astrolearn.
