George Wharton’s The Works of that Late Excellent Philosopher and Astronomer, Sir George Wharton was a posthumously issued compilation of the 17th century English astrologer’s various printed tracts, as edited by still-living fellow astrologer John Gadbury. It includes a selection of his poetry as well as miscellaneous astrological content and his translation of an originally Latin combined treatise on palmistry and astrology by John Rothmann, Chiromantiae Theorica Practica (1595)
