- Issues from 2 to 12 held primarily as the original separate small-format pamphlets in their original covers, internally bound by subsurface staples through inner margins. Also held secondarily as part of a bound compilation without the original covers (see below).
- Issue 1 held as part of a bound compendium of all twelve issues without their original covers, as issued for sale in a limited edition by the publisher at the end of 1908 and sold for a short time thereafter.
